He was predeceased by : his parents, Adeline Slawinska and Conrad Ostrowski; and his brother Raymond Ostrowski (late Jackie). He is survived by : his friend Joanne Pieczonka; his great grandchild Charlie; his wife Joanne Ostrowski; his children, Gerald R. Ostrowski Jr. (Keely) and Lynette Tryjankowski (Christopher); his grandchildren, Lee, Elizabeth and Matthew; and his great grandchild Charles. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
