He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Weaver (Julie), Susan Cochran (Robert) and Norman Weaver (Jackie); and his parents, Norman Weaver and Virgina Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Weaver; his children, Shane Weaver (Lori) and Jessica Gagliardi (Christopher); his grandchildren, Dakota (Mercedes) and Madelyn; his great grandchild Marianna; and his sibling Lynn Sarvis (Edward). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
