She was predeceased by : her husband Jerome Mack. She is survived by : her sons, Craig (Amy) and David Mack (Susan); her grandchildren, Eric, Steven, John, Catherine, Zachary and Courtney; and her brothers, Casimer (Ruth), Henry (Ester) and Edwin Pilat (Jacklynn). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
