He is survived by: his wife Diane Antkowiak; his children, Adrienne Decker (Eric) and Daniel Antkowiak (Kelley); his grandchildren, Chris, Leah, Lily, Melody and Braydan; his siblings, David, Michael (Maureen), Theresa King (Art) and Mark Antkowiak (Lynn); and his brother-in-law David Janusz (Marion). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
