He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ann Hazel; his parents, James Hazel and Ann Hazel; and his sibling Jean M. Glassmire (late William). He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Wachob (Craig) and James M. Hazel (Kathy); his grandchildren, Zach Wachob (Katelyn), Luke Wachob and Melissa Killeleagh; his great grandchildren, Teddy Wachob and Jack Massa; and his close friend Terry Karam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
