He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. and Sylvia; and his siblings, Robert Bonsack (Barbara) and Beverly Oatfield. He is survived by: his wife Irene B. Bonsack; his daughters, Linda Bonsack (Mark Maciejewski), Karen Fohrd (Douglas) and Ann Marie Jacobs; his grandchildren, Michelle, Ashley Fohrd, Joshua and Erik Jacobs (Amanda); and his friend Jtm. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
