He was predeceased by: his brother Robert D'Arcy. He is survived by: his fiancée Diana M. Kachurek; his children, Eric Vallone (Amanda), Gina Vallone-Bacon (William) and Jamie Schaumloeffel (Michael); his grandsons, Aiden Vallone, Alexander Vallone and Jacob James Bacon; his sisters, Mary Ann Register (William) and Kathleen Alexis (Walter); Karin Vallone. He is also survived by uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Donations in Jim's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
