Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeffrey leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kam and Arlene Kam; and his brother Gary Kam. He is survived by: his daughter Gianna Kam (Jon Nieves); his siblings, Denise Smolarek (Jim Martin) and Michele Pascoe (Steve); his lifelong coparent Dawn; and his pet Nova. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
