He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kulczyk and Frances Kulczyk; and his sister Esther Surowiec (late Julian). He is survived by: his wife Joan Kulczyk; his children, Nancy Desu, Paul Kulczyk (Joan), Steven Kulczyk (Sharon) and Gregg Kulczyk; his grandchildren, Alyssa Wenke (Alex), Joseph Kulczyk, Rev. Aaron Kulczyk, Alexander Kulczyk (Mary Kate Frauenheim), Pauline Kulczyk and Scott Kulczyk (Justine Stoberl); his sisters, Marie Urbanski (late Thomas) and Christine Mruk (William); and his cousin Edward Dziedzic. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
