She is survived by: her husband Joseph Kotowski, Jr.; her children, Joseph Kotowski, III, Richard Kotowski (Paula), Jennifer Kotowski (Dale George) and Christopher Kotowski; her grandchildren, Katie, James, Rachel, Riley and Gavin; her siblings, Patricia Szymonek (late David), Edward Suflita Jr. (Peggy), Deborah Harezga (late Gregory) and Anthony Suflita; her godchildren, Nicholas Harezga and Thomas Songer; and her friend Kathleen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
