He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Isabelle Kubiak and Richard Kubiak; his spouse Shirley; his children, Kimberley Boyer (William) and Kristopher Kubiak (Sarah Merrill); his grandchildren, Bailey, Emily and Rye; his brothers, Paul Kubiak (Carol), Donald Kubiak (late Cheri) and Richard Kubiak; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Edwards (Lorraine) and Ernie Edwards (Wende). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
