She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Swanson and Wilhelmina Schmidt Swanson; her brother Edward W. Swanson; and her grandchild Shawn A. Burek. She is survived by: her children, Pamela K. Park and William G. Ahalt Jr.; her grandchildren, John, Evan (Renee), Makayla, William III (Heather) and Edward (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Jackson, Emma, Giabella, Gianna, Adalyn, David, Dawson, Landon and Kaleb.
