He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Pawlak; and his brothers, Leonard (Margaret) and Edward Pawlak (Virginia). He is survived by: his children, Kathleen M. Pawlak, Thomas A. Pawlak Jr. (Karen), Michael L. Pawlak (Denise Sobczyk), Kimberly M. Campos (Martin) and Kelly A. Pawlak. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
