William Fulcher Obituary

He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Fulcher; his son William R. Fulcher; and his brother Daniel Fulcher (Patricia). He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Wozniak (Andrew); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Nicholas (Cali), Zachary (Kim) and William (Sara); and his brother John Fulcher (late Luckey). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
