He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Brown and William, Jr. Brown (Terri); his grandchildren, Andrew Brown, Shawn Best and Carolyn Martone (Anthony); his girlfriend Lucy McCabe; and his sisters, Isobel Bennett (late Alec) and Kathryn Lindsay (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
