He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Stack and Charlotte Benjamin Burgess; his siblings, Linda Vanderpool, Sharon Burgess, George Stack, Steven Stack and Lawrence Stack; and his granddaughter Jamie Lynn Stack.
He is survived by : his wife Kathryn Stack (Vanderpool); his children, Douglas Stack (Stephanie), Dale II Stack (Jessica) and Lisa Hackett (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Randi, Ariel, Douglas (Alex), Gabi, Saig, Alexis, Jeffrey and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Charlette and Layla; his siblings, Gerald Stack (Julie), Emma Cron and Loretta Stack; and his nephew Tom Hall. He is also survived by 2 brothers-in-law, 2 sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dale's name to the Animal Care Sanctuary, 353 Sanctuary Hill Lane, Milan, PA 18831 or the Bradford County Humane Society, US-220, Ulster, PA 18850.
