He is survived by: his daughters, Candace Jamieson (Tommy Hayward) and Theresa Pintler; his grandchildren, Chase, Seth, Layla, Brandon and Brock; his siblings, Donna Church, Linda McCormick and Neal Jamieson; his pet Carter; and his friend Jim Garvey. He is also survived by extended family includes several nieces, nephews, cousins.
