He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Rowley Sr. and Nellie Ann Rowley (Barrus); and his brother David Rowley. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Rowley; his children, Tammy Draves (Dennis), Wendy Potter (James), Todd Phillips (late Dee) and Christopher Phillips (Margaret); his grandchildren, Jonathan Draves (Theresa), Joshua Draves (Alanna), Kyle Phillips (Kristin), Lyndsey Phillips, Isabella Phillips and Lakelyn Brisley; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh Phillips, Johnathan Pezzulo and Charles Draves; and his siblings, Barbara Ingerson, Loren Rowley (Eileen) and Melissa Fardink (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 7117 NY-83, Cherry Creek, NY 14723.
