Rooney of Chester, NY; his children, Caitlin Rooney of Florida, NY, Brendan Rooney (Keri Thorpe) of Sleepy Hollow, NY and Bridget Rooney of Syracuse, NY; and his sister Siobhan Rooney Finch (Patrick Finch). He was also cherished by 11 nieces, 8 nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
