She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert C. Stevenson and Eleanor Stevenson (Cordner); her brothers, Joseph, Robert and John Stevenson; and her sister-in-law Rita Stevenson.

She is survived by : her children, Patricia Joannides (Chris) of Middletown, NY, Richard Bendix (Deanna) of Highland Mills, NY, Noreen Guerra of Goshen, NY and Janine Bendix-Massaro (James) of Old Tappan, NJ; her nephew Paul Joyce (Wendy) of Franklin, NJ; her sisters, Nora Schlesier and Helen Joyce-Storm; her grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas, Alexis, Sophia, Madalana, Robert, Nora, Desirae, Ben, Catherine, Jesse, Mitchell and Olivia; her great grandchild Luca; and her former life partner Richard Bendix (Kitty) of Rivervale, NJ.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
