He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bell and Lorena Bell (Simpson); his wife Jean L. Bell; his son Harry D. Bell; and his brother Willard "Woody" Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Brown (Jim) of Knox, NY, Jesse Bell (Janice) of Accord, NY, Stephanie Schneider (David) of Hamilton, NY and Matthew Bell (Kerri) of New Milford, CT; his grandchildren, Kristin, Ashley, Kyle, Lindsey, Becky, Madeline, Nolan and Mairead; and his great grandchildren, Waylon and Dahlia.
The military honors will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chester Cemetery (24 NY-17M, Chester, NY 10918).
