He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Tennyson (Walker); his parents, Arthur Tennyson and Ruth Tennyson (Perry); and his brothers, Arthur Tennyson (Baldy) and Joseph Tennyson.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Wood (Frankie), Ruby Tennyson, Brenda Lewis and Lorinda Tennyson; his grandchildren, Robert Wood Jr., Carrie Wood, Benjamin Wood, Bridget Norton (Bud), Ryan Abare, Rosie Hurt (Bennie) and Isabella Polk; and his great grandchildren, Troy Melecci-Baker, Logan Melecci-Baker, Samuel Abare, Joshua Abare, Jacob Wood, Mia Bundrick and Jackson Norton.
