With sadness, we share the passing of Charles Francis Kinney Jr. of Chittenango, New York. Charles, born on June 12, 1947 in Syracuse, New York, passed away on September 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Kinney, Sr. and Aileen Kinney (Button); and his sisters, Marlene Smith, Sharon "Sherry" Wilcox and Sandra "Sandy" Young.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kinney; his children, Todd Kinney of Syracuse, Rick Kinney (Jennifer Dyer) of Chittenango, Tracy Drayer (Joe) of Chesapeake, VA and Jennifer Kinney (Bob Gosson) of Chittenango; his grandchildren, Ricky Kinney (Kacey), Landon Drayer, Samantha Kinney (Mark), Carson Drayer, Alexis Collins, Makenna Drayer, Pyper Kinney and Sawyer Kinney; and his siblings, Leora "Lee" Wilcox and Gary Kinney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (239 Lake St, Chittenango, NY 13037). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the The Ten Pin (102 Seneca St, Chittenango, NY 13037).
