He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene; his parents, Anthony Costa and Elizabeth Costa; and his sisters, Eileen, Lee and Beth.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Costa (Earl Baptiste) and Cheryl Dodson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
