She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Wisner and Ida May Wisner (Allgire); and her son Ronald D. Whipple. She is survived by: her children, Michael R. Goins, Mary Ellen Neville (James) and April A. Boyle; and her great grandchild Toby.
