He is survived by: his wife Sally Stoutenger; and his children, Sally Collar (Scott), Candice Waldron, Jacklenee McMurray, Jack Stoutenger Jr. (Kelly) and Judy Clark. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with extended family.
