She was predeceased by: her husband Robert R. Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Maria Johnson (Mark), Norma DeCook (Joe) and Robert DeGroff (Sandy); and her sister Katherine Thomas. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. (1604 Grant Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13208). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
