She was predeceased by: her parent Philips Broadband; her son Ronald L. O'Connell; and her sister Barbara A. Russell. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Hinds; and her brother Howard Russell (Linda) of Ohio. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
