She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Allison Hawks (Sparky) and Marion Hawks; her husband Gerald Duhaime; her siblings, Gary Hawks and Anne Cazzola; and her nieces, Janis and Lynne Cazzola.
She is survived by: her brother Dana Hawks of Central Square, NY; her nieces, Debbie Massa, Patti Losito, Kim Sandino and Kathy Militello; and her nephew John Cazzola.
