He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Bonk (Mattiacio); his sons, Jerry (Christine), Jeff (Kathleen), Ron (Holly) and Noel (Jennifer); and his sisters, Patricia Kullowitch and Belle Lehman of Florida.
