He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Smith and Donna Smith; and his sister Victoria. He is survived by: his siblings, Michele Conrad (Patrick) and Joel Smith; his nieces and nephews, Richard Smith, Kyle Conrad, Michaela Marsh and Eisha Conrad; and his aunt Sue Smith.
