She was predeceased by : her husband Alfred "Tito" Osuna. She is survived by : her children, Alfredo Osuna IV, Caryl Osuna-Simmons, Raquel Osuna and Lorelei Rosario; her grandchildren, Jaqueline C. Osuna, Alyssa Osuna-Hannay, Rheanna J. Bates, Angelique R. Simmons, Donald J. Sampson and Danaizha C. Sampson; and her great grandchild Donatello J. Sampson.
