He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewitt Hotaling and Goldie Rice Hotaling; and his wife Patricia M. Hotaling. He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Wyatt of Cincinnatus, Karen Maricle of Cincinnatus, Bonnie Bearup of McGraw, Robert Hotaling, Jr. of Cincinnatus, Linda Hotaling of McGraw, Lori Jacobs of Cortland, Patty Sue Norton of Groton and Frank Hotaling, Sr. of Cincinnatus; his sistesrs, Marian Towers of Owasso, OK and Darlene Genovese of Melbourne, FL; and his brothers, Carroll Harris of Owasso, OK., Floyd Hotaling and Joseph Harris. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren as well as several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
