The memory of Shirley M. Smith King (Cincinnatus, New York), born in Sempronius, New York, who passed away on May 14, 2024 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Shirley may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Muncy and Eva Hopkins Muncy. She is survived by : her children, Jeffrey Smith (Lauri), Madeline Astles (Gary), Zachary Smith (Connie), Jacqueline Closson (Randy) and Melanie Campbell (Tim); her stepchildren, Eric King (Susan) and Jan Pudney (Larry); her sister Adah; and her stepsons, Brad and Adam. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Hall (2781 State Rte 26, Cincinnatus, NY 13040). A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
