He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Kotkin and Lillian Kotkin; and his sisters, Sandy Moriarity and Iris Weiss. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Kotkin; and his sons, Todd E. Kotkin of Middletown and Alexander M. Kotkin of Middletown. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
