He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joan and John E. Gannon; his wife Dr. Nancy Kheck; his sister Linda Gannon (John Cliffe) of Leeds, UK; his children, Colleen Gannon (Rick Hollis), Julian Gannon (Noreen Ali) and Hannah Gannon; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Cole, Izzy and Alex Hollis.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations to the Garden Club of City Island, P.O. Box 43, Bronx, NY 10464.
