Elizabeth M. LaPorte Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth M. LaPorte of Clarence, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 12, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roland C.; her son Mark LaPorte (Sarah); her brother Matthew Mellon (Susan); and her sister-in-law Dawn Jones (Steve). She is survived by: her daughter Christine Knab (Kevin); her siblings, Owen Mellon (Janet), Frederick Mellon (Linda) and Nancy Weiler; and her siblings-in-law, David and Valerie LaPorte-Burns (David). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wood Funeral Home (784 E Main St, East Aurora, NY 14052). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
