He is survived by: his sons, Michael Johnston (Sarah) and Karl Johnston (Gary Siddall); his grandchildren, Isabella, Kathryn, Amelia Johnston and Elian Siddall-Johnston; Dan Johnston (Sue). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
