He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Fields (William Hoyt) of Monroe, NY.; his sister Barbara Baruch of Queens, NY; his sister-in-law Diana Sanderson of Tonawanda, NY; his niece Karen of Queens, NY.; and his wife Nora Jean Fields. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, as well as his late wife.
