He was predeceased by : his father Frank R. Clegg. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Clegg (Stanley) of Claverack; his children, Sandra Clegg and Frank; his daughter-in-law Sandy Clegg Jr. of Hillsdale, NY.; his sister Noreen; and his brother-in-law Herman "Buzzy" Osswald. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
