He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lowe and June Lowe; his wife Maureen Lowe; and his brother Thomas Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Christina Lowe and Daniel Lowe (Kim); and his grandchildren, Rayshelle Lowe Smith and Jake Lowe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
