He was predeceased by : his parents, William L. Barlow and Laura H. Barlow (Hoppel); his sister Joyce G. Badour; and his niece Lou Anne Drake. He is survived by : his nephews, Steven D. (Carol Ann Badour), Donald S. (Debbie Badour) and Michael J. (Jean Badour); his niece Susan B. (Rexal Ellsworth); and his nephew-in-law Leslie E. Drake.
