He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Barlow and Laura H. Barlow (Hoppel); his sister Joyce G. Badour; and his niece Lou Anne Drake. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Steven D. (Carol Ann Badour), Donald S. (Debbie Badour), Susan B. (Rexal Ellsworth) and Michael J. (Jean Badour); and his nephew-in-law Leslie E. Drake.
