He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Carr and Angelia Carr (Babcock); and his brothers, Charles L. Carr (Rita) and Larry (Carr). He is survived by: his wife Diane Fay; his sons, Tomas Carr (Dee) and James Carr (Denice) of Durham, NC; his siblings, Jerry F. Carr (Clayton) and Lou Anne Hager (Clarence "Cal"); and his sister-in-law Jean M. Carr (Clayton). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
