She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald R. Scales; her son Stacy Scales; and her brothers, Clifford Westcott Jr., Gary Westcott and Duane Westcott.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon Scales (Debrann) of Arizona, Shawn Hays (Mark) of Clayton, NY, Shayne Lippincott (Kevin) of Depauville, NY and Sheri Soluri (Scott) of Florida; her daughter-in-law Teri Scales of North Carolina; her sister-in-law Darlene DiGregorio of Liverpool, NY.; her grandchildren, Kevin Bachmann (Elizabeth), Shyla Bachmann (R. J. Marquette), Morgan Hays, Dawson Hays, Justin Scales, Geraka Krajewski (Brandon) and Aubree Soluri; and her sister Joanne Frasher. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
