He is survived by: his children, Carolin Campbell (Michael) of North Hornell, Lindsay Haynes of Arkport, Amber DuBois (Kevin) of Canisteo, Christina Rawleigh (James) of Hornell, Leonard Spike (Kim) of Lamoka Lake and James Spike of Nebraska; and his siblings, Richard, Charles, Daniel Spike, Barbara Spike and Geraldine Hess. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
