She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Gilboe (Older) and Eleanor Gilboe; and her sister Mary Elizabeth Gilboe. She is survived by: her son Kennedy Gonzalez (Zoe) of Phoenix; her niece Marisa Henry (Neville) of Troy; and her pets, Laika Luv, Versace George and Dixie Rose.

In Lieu of flowers, Catherine requested donations be made to Homeward Bound Dog Rescue.
