She is survived by: her husband Louis Smith; her sons, Richard Hart, Matthew Smith and Alexander Smith; her father Gerald Nellis Sr.; her siblings, Gerald Nellis Jr., Kimberly Nellis-Verrego (Daniel) and Melissa Nellis; her granddaughter Camie Hart; her siblings-in-law, Timothy Smith (Kim), Tammy Lindgaard (Paul) and Michele Ditoro (Brian); her pet Izzy; and her former spouse Phlan Hart. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barter & Donnan Funeral Home (1 N Melcher St, Johnstown, NY 12095). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
