He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Campbell and Faye Campbell; his wife Carol Campbell; his brother Ted Campbell; and his niece Pam Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Katheryn (Heather), Fife (Kurt), Laurie Bohlke (William) and Scott Campbell (Jill). He is also survived by one nephew, six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
