He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Garrett, Jr. and Jane M. Garrett (McAllister). He is survived by: his wife Robin A. Garrett (White); and his siblings, Susan Manning (Joseph) of Clifton Park, David P. Garrett (Donna) of Mayfield, Mary Jane Garrett of Clifton Park, John E. Garrett of Latham, Jeffrey P. Garrett (Natalie) of Mt. Pleasant, S. C. and Krissy M. Trinchillo of Ballston Lake. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
