He was predeceased by: his parents, John Norris and Winifred Norris (Tracey); his stepfather John "Jack" Ryan; his siblings, Anna Mae Samatulski and Jack Norris; and his stepbrother Jack Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Norris (Marotta); his children, James Norris (Sheri), Danielle, Katie, Jennifer, Kenneth Norris (Dina), Eric, Taylor and Michael Norris (Jane); his grandchildren, Casey, Samuel and Benjamin; his child Leigh Anne Jones (late Chuck); his grandchildren, Andrew, Adam and Natalie; and his brother Tom Norris of Schenectady. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
